5(s)Detailing strives to create a stress-free and streamlined car detailing experience for our customers.
Scheduling:
5(s)Detailing is a one-man show; that being said, our schedule is a bit different than most businesses. We are available for appointments
Friday: 12 pm - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 6:30 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 6:30 pm
Monday: 4 pm -7:30 pm
We appreciate your cooperation on this. We will communicate as much as possible if any delays or rescheduling need to be done.

Pricing:
Our prices will remain consistent with the ones posted on our website. If there are any changes, we will communicate them to you at the time of service.

Safety:
We would like to ask that all personal belongings be removed from your vehicle prior to our arrival.
As a protection to both the customer and service provider, a brief pre-detail inspection will be performed. This is done to account for any pre-existing damages, scratches, and any other cosmetic issues.

We do not clean engine bays.

We will never use any harmful chemicals on your vehicle, nor will we remove or disassemble car seats or other moving pieces in your vehicle to assure its safety.
If your vehicle poses a threat to us or has any specific major details that should be known, please consult us. If there is a threat of any harmful substances in the vehicle, please let us know prior to beginning the detail.

Payments:
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash and PayPal. The payment is due in full at the completion of the services. Tips are appreciated.
By booking with 5(s), you agree to let us record or take pictures of your vehicle's transformation for advertisement and marketing purposes. We will always remain professional and will never exploit or use any information in your vehicle. If you would not like to participate in this or have any concerns, please contact us directly or tell us before we begin detailing.

Customer Requirements:
Electricity will be provided through a portable generator.
Water must be provided by the customer. The use of the customer’s water is included in the pricing. We will not use any excess water outside of rinsing, foaming and filling 2 five gallon buckets and 1 3 gallon bucket. Water also will be cut off during times of non-use.
